Any method for removing pigments from the skin has its advantages and disadvantages. There is no 100% ideal and global removal technique, each case has to be considered and treated individually.
Removal of Permanent makeup is a time-consuming process consisting of several treatments and thorough reflections.
The most well-known and popular tattoo removal method is the LASER. However, it does not always get very far, because the laser can not recognize many colors (white, beige, yellow, orange, yellow-green, some reds). In addition, it often reaches its limits when the once easily visible pigments do not have sufficient contrast to the skin after some treatment-sessions. At this stage laser removal will be less effective until unsuccessful.
White or beige colour should not be treated with the laser at all. Under the laser beam, these pigments change color, in dirty green-gray to black tones, which can then no longer be removed. The same applies to all pigments which are mixed on the basis of white or beige colours.
Nowadays, the “PIGMENT OFF Remover” makes it possible to effectively and completely remove pigments of all colors and shades, as well as any origin and dispersion. Even the stubborn microblading pigments based on acrylate can be removed with “Pigment Off” very successful.

How the Pigment-Off Remover Removal Method Works – Differences to Laser Removal
The technique of removing pigments with Pigment-Off remover is fundamentally different from laser removal treatment. It is based on a unique chemical process that aims to extract implanted pigments from the skin rather than breaking them up (as with lasers). The pigments leave the body through the skin's surface rather than through the lymphatic system.
“Pigment-Off” remover is a specially developed suspension that is able to bind and remove pigments in the skin. The particle size of the components of this suspension is very similar to the size of implanted pigments. Not only are the physical properties similar, but also the chemical composition, which means that the elements are somewhat related and ensures that they can be mixed well.
When “Pigment-Off” remover comes into physical contact with the pigments in the skin, their components mix with each other. Unlike pigments, the “Pigment-Off” removercomponents cannot manifest themselves in the skin. They are always rejected and simply take the attached pigments with them to the skin's surface.
The success rate for complete pigment removal when using “Pigment-Off” remover correctly is 99.9%. However, there are some special features when removing tattoos.
The particle size of tattoo pigments differs from that of permanent make-up pigments, so the removal of tattoos can logically take longer than that of permanent make-up. In addition, tattoo pigments are implanted deeper in body tattoos than pigmentation on the face.
After the removal procedure, it is extremely important to take care of the treated areas correctly and regularly. The result depends on this by 50%. After all, the removal process continues even after the treatment. A light crust forms on the treated area, and along with it, a good portion of the pigments also disappears.
In order to remove pigments from the skin, "pigment-off" remover particles must have physical contact with implanted pigments. Consequently, the remover fluid must be introduced deeper into the skin during tattoo removal than during permanent make-up removal. This naturally increases the risk of scarring; this is normally around 6%.
However, we have developed a special removal method whereby the risk of scarring after removal of deeply implanted pigments has fallen to a minimum of < 1%! This is a great advance in the field of pigment removal, as most customers are afraid of the risk of scarring and therefore forego the removal of unsightly tattoos and unsuccessful pigmentation.
The age of the tattoo/pigmentation is not important for removal with "Pigment-Off" remover. The unique properties of the "Pigment-Off" remover make it possible to remove pigments even immediately after they have been introduced into the skin (immediately after permanent make-up or tattoo treatment). This is of great importance in the case of possible distortions, for example.
What costs do I have to expect to get rid of my botched permanent make-up?
On average, 1-4 treatments are required to remove permanent make-up on eyebrows, eyelids or lips. The number of needed treatments depends on the amount and density, as well as depth of the implanted pigments, type and condition of the skin, presence of scar tissue.

redness in the first few days after crusting is normal, don’t be concerned about it.

After crusting, the skin under it often shimmers reddish. This redness is a part of the regeneration process and completely normal. The skin takes on its normal color within a few weeks. IS PERMANENT MAKEUP REMOVAL PAINFUL ?
It depends on the part of the body being treated. The pain can be compared to snapping a rubber band against the skin. Some patients describe the pain as less than with a tattoo / permanent make-up , others perceive it as more severe.
The treatments with the tattoo remover are comparable in sensation to permanent make-up / tattooing , as the treatment principle is similar.
In our institute, tattoos/pigmentationsare only treated under local anesthesia. This enables a low-to-no-pain treatment.
